
GETCA Inc. has produced a top notch product that fills a gap in two web services based markets, the Interactive and AI Powered Advance Search Engine G.A.S.E.T, and the Dynamic B2B Services G.B.S.E.T. We have created a downscaled standalone version of our project that could simulate and activate (most) of the main technologies developed by us.
Current Situation
The developers and visionaries of GETCA / GETJo Inc. have been working on our products and technologies since May 2005. The first 10 months included research into the standard and "Specialized" search engines as well as B2B online services markets. The Information Gathered from that research laid the foundation for the key features of G.A.S.E.T and G.B.S.E.T. Work on the product began in (May 2006) and the product went into Beta Web Based Testing in late (March 2008). The reviews and feedback relating to our Projects’ assessment have indicated an excellent acceptance level.
Web services Specialist in the fields of Search Engines and Online B2B services evaluated our project favourably. They are forecasting positive opinions by both Day to Day Web Surfers who rely on the Internet for their daily B2B tasks. .
Objectives:
1. To hold 5% of the B2B online services market by December of 2016.
2. To see a positive ROI by December 2015
3. To hold 3% of specialized search engines market by January of 2018.

Key players
The Management Team members have strong backgrounds in both Software Development and web based
project management . The CEO was the former Business Development Officer for an international company,
the VP of Product Development was formerly the (Chief Software Engineer) with a Jordanian Firm, the VP of
Finance was previously Controller for managerially Owned Company and the VP of Marketing was formerly
the Sr. Marketing Director for a regional Software company. Still we are currently sourcing for management
positions in Toronto and Montréal, taking into consideration Solid Administrative ( Background ) in the web
search and B2B industries.
Relocate
Since our project is IT / Software Development oriented, we will be able to ( Relocate ) our assets from
Toronto / Canada to Other Locations that we see fit for the growth of our enterprise.
Marketing
We are currently targeting Two markets which might look Different but in reality share almost (90%) of the
base technologies we developed and the web based Resources we except to possess. The end result was
translate in the ability to "Simultaneously" break through Both, the exclusive (B2B marketplaces) with its
Dynamic rapid revenue generating methods and the advance "Search Engines" market which considered a
strategic target.
Both of these markets thrive for more advanced technologies beyond the currently Traditional and Simple
keywords web searching or the slow and Inflexible, Directory Styled, B2B online solutions. Such markets
are considered by our team to be strategic targets which we will gradually advance through and grow with.
Such a strategy, i.e. Infiltrating the Two Markets, will position us in a safe and versatile financial position
that will enable us to rotate our financial and technical resources between (G.A.S.E.T and G.B.S.E.T) since
they share "Similar" Technology with slightly different implementations. This will be possible in such a way
that it will generate better revenue “with an effective risk minimizing/Exit strategy”.
Revenue generating methods
- G.A.S.E.T Project adopts a modified joint search results technology and advertisements developed by us.
This will enable us to take advantage of our Conceptual / Contextual web information Analyzing Module.
Such innovative Technology will minimize the Unrelated web search results faced by advertising firms and
companies in general when using traditional search engine.
We will also use our innovative, dialogue based "Interactive" Interface along with our surfing monitoring
procedures that will enhance our clients’ ability to present their Products and services to their clients in a
more professional and attractive manner. This includes Philanthropic Support, Subscription, Advertising
and other models.
- G.B.S.E.T platform uses its specialized B2B technologies to help its clients harvest the maximum possible
benefits.
As in the case of G.A.S.E.T project, our standard B2B web services and tools, which will be more advanced
than the ones given by our nearest competitor, will be at no cost to the client. However, when our clients
require the use of the More advanced tools such as: (E-Negotiating, E-Matching), ... etc as well as other
sophisticated technologies that require the use of Added hardware and runtime resources, we will apply
a membership fee. Such combination will help us in maintaining a competitive edge.
Competition
For a comprehensive analysis of G.A.S.E.T and G.B.S.E.T potential competitors, please check our project’s
financial documents available on our website. One of G.A.S.E.T "competitors" is www.powerset.com. Its
development cost was about $42 Million. It was purchased by Microsoft for $100+ Million while still in the
stealth mood. Haika is another similar system whereby it was funded for $18 Million Dollars even though
it still demonstrates very "Moderate" technologies. Both systems work by applying limited NLP “Phrase
Natural Language Analyzing” technologies and they both lack most of our project AI inspired QA, Power
search, Agent based technologies and the Interactive / Autonomous knowledge acquiring – enhancing
technologies capability.
We were not seeking minor improvements to current Web Searching techniques nor was it our intention
to build another Google™ or business.com (clones / add-ons). We are aspiring to achieve the strategic
goals of making our (Tech) the "Smartest", and most comprehensive. Against all odds, including limited
financial support, the outcome of our persistence and hard work was the delivery of an impressive Base
system (currently in its Beta stage with limited functions, yet more advance than its competitors).

humble beginnings in 1991. They have grown to $1.7 million companies with $1.9 million revenue forecasts for 2013. This is all
the more impressive considering that all was done with Investments from the owners without securing any outside capital.
We will continue with selling our current versions of the custom projects commercially. We are confident that there is no Desktop
/ Web based application in the same category that could "Come close" to our project’s level of distinctiveness’. Nevertheless, we
realized that the outcome will eventually be financially "Small" in comparison to our strategic goals, which is to Build our Advance

The Mission
GETCA and GETJo Inc. has spent 48 months, utilizing the expertise of its well experienced, Software Engineers in developing
solutions for the Complicated problems faced by web surfers during web information retrieval. The main focus of GETCA Inc.
Research and Development was focused on Improving and Enhancing the functionality of Standard Search Engines such as
Google™, as well as on gradually introducing the web surfers to our new technologies and techniques.
In addition to Google™, web surfers make use of other commercial (that is, standard) search engines such as Bing™ Yahoo™,
AltaVista™, etc, whose difference is practically none existent. These entities are similar in that they have the same web surfing
methods (keyword based web search) with moderate to good accuracy rate depending on the user knowledge of the searched
subject, and the query lingo structure he/she uses. The lack of pioneering, interactive and AI Enhanced - Powered web surfing
support know-how such as (Semantically, Conceptually and Contextually) motivated Web Search technologies, renders them
without a distinguished edge.
Even search engines which claim some NLP capabilities, as with Ask.com, will limit results to special semantically structured
form that will require inflexible answer format, ignoring contextual - conceptual relations. To fully understand and appreciate our

GETCA Inc is a subchapter establishment, owned entirely by founders Gharbeyah, Weam and Gharbiyeh, Wael.
It is currently in the last stages of transferring its operations / assets to Canada for better exposure, higher
technical support, better financial resources and logistical support.
GETCA Inc. was originally founded in Amman, Jordan in 1991. The organization’s initial focus was in the field of
consultancy and supporting customized software products. It kept a "conservative" stance on online products,
advertising with very slim budgets. Growth depended mainly on published reviews, goodwill, governmental,
private sectors contracts and B2B solution wholesalers. It established solid (Commercial and Technological)
contacts throughout Europe, Middle East and North America. We concentrated our developments activities in
the fields of NLP, AI, and other Web related high-tech areas, taking advantage of the variety of expertise that
our team and developers accumulated over the past fifteen years.
Temporarily Company Locations and Facilities
The company software development division is located in Amman Jordan; with representative in UAE, Egypt,
and Germany. The marketing campaign is handled jointly with our (Canadian) based operation. We will fully
transfer our company assets to Toronto Canada by the beginning of Dec 2012.
